7/27/2010 - Zarti is Moving!

In January 2010 Zarti Shared Services entered into a strategic alliance with The ALS Group, one of its longstanding clients. ALS has provided insurance and risk management consulting for over 18 years and is recognized as one of the top 10 risk management advisory firms in the USA. The ALS Group offers services to Business & Industry both nationally and internationally. 

As a result of this strategic alliance Zarti Clients will not only receive the benefit of Zarti’s experience in Time Matters, IT Support Services, and other back office services, but also the years of advisory experience brought by The ALS Group. We’ve worked so closely to design businesses process solutions for so long, it just made sense to combine our efforts.

As part of this strategic alliance, Zarti Shared Services is moving its office to 379 Thornall St, in Metro Park NJ to be closer to our Clients and ALS.  We are hopeful that the new arrangement will give us the opportunity to bring a greater variety of services not only to the existing Zarti Clients, but to The ALS Group Clients as well.  An added bonus is that the new office is within walking distance from the Metro Park train station for Amtrak and NJ Transit; which will vastly improve our access to “the field.”

In the spirit of achieving better communication with our clients, we are finalizing setup of a new state of the art VoIP phone system which will provide increased flexibility for our associates to better service our Clients whether we are in the office or out in the field. Once we have the new phone numbers we'll publish an updated list and add it to our website.
