The other key aspect of managing Human Capital is investing in employee training and development and realizing a return on that investment.  ZARTI will design a customized Employee Development Plan and Training Program for your staff and give you the tools necessary to evaluate the progress of each employee.

The Employee Development Plan focuses on two primary components. 

  1. The first area of concentration is the setting of position and career goals for each Employee and the engineering of a process to appraise, review and reward progress and achievement.



  2. The second, equally-important component of the Plan is the development and delivery of a customized Associate Training Program. 

The two components are employed concurrently and work together to engage and motivate the Employee while providing the tools necessary for the principal to measure progress and manage the Human Capital Investment.
